Our promise to you….
We understand that if you place your order with us, you have placed your trust in us to have it delivered to you as soon as possible.
We will post your order to you between 1-4 business days. If, for some reason, your item purchased is not in stock at the time we will contact you within 1-4 business days to let you know an estimated waiting time or a close substitute. We are always trying our best to keep up to date with what is available and unavailable online however on rare occasions we may be out of stock.
We use third parties to deliver your orders, we never have the view that once your order is picked up from us that it has now nothing to do with us. We want to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and in the estimated delivery time that has been given to us from our third party.
Delivery issues are uncommon, however in the unlikely circumstance that a problem arises, we care about it as much as you do. We encourage you to get in touch with us if you are concerned about your parcel arrival and we will do everything we can to rectify an issue.
Our commitment is to deliver to you what you paid for.
Domestic orders are generally sent via a Courier Service. In alternate circumstances Australia Post services.
When paying for your purchase we highly recommend you to include an additional delivery comment such as “OK to leave at the front door if no one is home”, or provide your mobile phone number to assist the courier with what to do if no one is home.
If your purchase is needed by a specific date please let us know that there is a deadline that your parcel needs to be delivered by.
Our delivery charges are an estimation based upon the size of the product you’ve ordered.
We our best to keep the postage costs as low as possible, if the postage seems excessive to post to you, we are always happy for you to contact us and we can get a quote directly for you.
If you require Express post (especially on larger items) please contact us directly and we will arrange this for you. Generally your order will be posted as efficiently as possible.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully before you buy.
For faulty products, Toy Workshop Berwick offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
