Not too childish yet still lots of fun, we adore Jesse’s bedroom as it is just so fresh and natural! Kids of all ages can appreciate this stunning space, with subtle yet effective details helping make the room interesting and oh-so visually appealing.
This amazing room was designed by Melbourne based kids interior specialist Nicole Rosenberg from Little Liberty for one of her clients.
A natural theme is evident throughout Jesse’s room with the bedside table, lamp, toys and knick-knacks all crafted from lightly coloured wood. The subtle mountain details of the wallpaper further reflect this natural feel, as too does the green of the pot plant.
Animal prints and themes are quite common in children’s bedrooms but what we really love about the fox print above Jesse’s bed is it is not too childish. With its neutral colouring and simple design it will not date or go out of style so is a piece Jesse can hang for years to come.
Mix and match bedding adds excitement and a pop of colour to the room. Denim is a hot trend for kid’s rooms at the moment and we love how it has been used for the doona cover. The individualised pillow on his bed also adds a gorgeous, personal touch.
Perfectly complimenting the wallpaper, the House of Orange ‘Gus’ Bed looks great in Jesse’s room. Providing additional storage, it is the perfect place for Jesse to store away his toys, shoes or belongings avoiding clutter and keeping the space neat and tidy.
Although quite simple in design, beautiful, subtle details and small pops of colour make Jesse’s room a delight to look at. Both playful and sophisticated, the space will grow with Jesse and will be enjoyed into his teenage years.
