We were lucky enough to meet the gorgeous girls from Sack Me! last week while the Tinitrader team was in Sydney. They have created a range of gorgeous bed linen that combines modern contemporary looks with themes that the kids will love.
Sack Me! was founded only last year by Li-Ann Scott, a former architect turned graphic designer. The idea for Sack Me came about when Li-Ann was on the hunt for kids’ bed linen. Li-Ann wanted gender neutral and stylish bed linen, that kids would love. She struggled to find something that fit that brief which has led her to take on the challenge herself!
Li-Ann has created a collection that includes fitted sheets for cots, single and king single beds, reversible quilt covers in single and double sizes, pillowcases and cushions to match. The quirky designs have been created to mix and match and create a riot of colour that works in any kid’s bedroom.
Li-Ann’s first range, Haute Bites, features a food theme to bring about that friendly familiarity to kids and kids-at-heart.
“Taking a cue from my family’s live to eat motto, our debut range features a quirky take on a gastro-art theme,” says Li-Ann. “The designs just evolved organically from our day-to-day adventures, seeing the world through my children’s eyes, as well as conveying a positive message in a fun way which children can relate to". This is evident in her range where we see ice-cream doona covers, pasta fitted sheets and vegetable pillow cases - eating in bed is now somewhat a reality!
The entire range is Oeko-Tex certified, made from 300 thread-count, 100% cotton sateen and free from harmful substances meaning you can sleep easily knowing your kids bed linen is completely ethically made.
Li-Ann is very focused on creating a high quality product at a family friendly price and we cannot wait to see what's next!
