rupert & milla ships all orders with Australia Post or courier.

Customer Service Policy

Rupert & Milla is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy


Full priced items may be exchanged only within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the postage back to rupert & milla HQ. Please contact us at and let us know that you would like to make an exchange and we will work with you to facilitate the exchange.

Sale items will be assessed on a per customer basis so please ensure you choose carefully. If an exchange is possible you will be responsible for the shipping back to rupert & milla HQ and also for the shipping costs back to you.

Faulty items

Every item is carefully inspected prior to being despatched. It is important to note that each item is hand made and as such slight variations will occur. These are not considered faults.
