We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes marked Fragile.
All orders will be shipped within a day, and should be delivered within 3-6 business days Australia wide. If your order is urgent, please contact email@example.com to make alternative arrangements.

Our clocks are covered by a six month manufacturer’s warranty for any faults. Please contact us if you experience any problems within this time.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage or general wear and tear caused by the buyer.
At Clocksicle, we take pride in our reputation for quality and will refund or exchange our clocks provided it has not been damaged by you. Note that if you exchange a clock, Clocksicle will only cover additional postage costs if it is deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
All returns must be sent to Clocksicle within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. After we receive the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the clock was purchased, within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

For faulty products, Clocksicle offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
